The Housekeeper performs all custodial work throughout the building to keep the Stride Bank Center in a clean safe and welcoming environment. Theyre responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility ensuring that all areas meet established cleanliness and sanitation standards.

This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00

TheStride Bank Centeris a 5000 seat arena located in Enid Oklahoma that opened in June 2013. The Arena is home to world-class concerts athletic events trade shows conventions and large banquets. The complex consists of the arena and convention space made up of multiple ballrooms to fit meetings conferences weddings and banquets of any size.

• Arrivefor each scheduled shift on time in uniform and ready to work
• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and restroom sanitation
• Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Refill paper products soap dispensers and other supplies as needed
• Maintain floors through stripping waxing buffing and carpet cleaning as needed
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues damage or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipmentasrequired
• Assistwith outdoor sweeping or seasonal upkeep when applicable
• Works safelyquicklyand efficiently to meet all deadlines
• Maintains a positive outgoing demeanor and acknowledges guests in a friendly manner
• All other tasks assigned byCustodialTeam Lead

• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime evening weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience is a plus but notrequired
• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
• Work independentlyexercisegood judgment and initiative
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing stooping lifting and walking.
• Physical demands of prolonged repetitive motions normally associated with mopping sweeping buffing dusting and climbing
• Ability to work inside or outside environments
• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
