Job Summary

TranSource Truck & Equipment Inc. is a growing company representing Mack Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the On Highway Construction and Agriculture Industry. Due to growth we are currently looking to hire a Sales Administrator at our Sioux Falls location.

Our team is growing and were looking for a detail-oriented organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and help us continue building strong client relationships.

Position Summary:
The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate records. This role involves a blend of administrative duties customer service and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing reports proposals and contracts.
Manage CRM data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
Process orders invoices and quotes in a timely manner.
Assist with scheduling meetings coordinating travel and managing calendars for the sales team.
Respond to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.
Monitor and track sales metrics and compile performance reports.
Support the development of sales presentations and marketing materials.
Be a liaison between sales service and parts departments to ensure efficient communication.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Administrator Sales Support Specialist or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
