Job purpose summary

Real Times suite of Interventional Analytics solutions enables post-acute facilities to seamlessly collaborate with their partner hospitals health systems ACOs and managed care plans to improve care reduce costs and achieve a level of interoperability. Real Time is seeking a highly motivated customer focused and quality driven Data Reporting Analyst.


Duties and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical SMEs (nurses physicians) to define and refine customer reporting best practices that align with program goals and clinical relevance.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc clinical data analysis (in Excel or BI tool) with nurse/physician SME support.
  • Develop and maintain a library of standardized and customizable reports that showcase customer performance outcomes leveraging clinical insights for meaningful storytelling.
  • Create update and maintain data workbooks (in Excel) to track activity and performance relating to customer program goals and outcomes.
  • Visualize datasets for internal and external use using Excel BI tools and PowerPoint.
  • Create and update data reporting presentations to customers in PowerPoint and Word ad-hoc and at regular intervals for business reviews (i.e. monthly quarterly annually).
  • Understanding of a high-level programming language syntax including one or more of the following: Python C C# and Java.
  • Partner with SMEs to identify key performance indicators and translate clinical data into actionable customer-facing reporting tools that support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and frameworks around conceptualizing requesting and tracking new and routine data sets from technology teams.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for clinical SMEs to build competency in interpreting and utilizing performance reports aligned with customer goals.
  • Create user-friendly guides and tools to support SMEs in understanding reporting methodologies KPIs and how to communicate performance results to customers.
  • Assisting customer support and feature request activities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Experience with one or more database and data visualization tools like excel SQL Tableau Power BI and Quick Sights.
  • Strong organizational skills self-discipline and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate within a highly skilled team.
  • Excellent verbal writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment.

Working conditions
Position requires minimal amount of travel.
Remote/Work from anywhere work environment within the United States.

Physical requirements
Remaining in a stationary position often sitting for prolonged periods.
