Project Manager 2 - Medicaid & MMIS
Austin Texas (Onsite)---Locals Only
Need Overall 10Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.
Minimum Qualifications:

7 years of experience in Large-scale IT project management (system integration vendor/resource mgmt. procurement transition)
7 years of experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems including Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
7 years of experience identifying problems evaluating alternatives and implementing effective solutions.
7 years of experience developing and evaluating policies and procedures and preparing reports.
7 years of demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
7 years of experience with Medicaid business operations.
7 years of experience overseeing the planning and execution of major projects including facilitation and documentation of high-level critical path dependencies across multiple projects.
7 years of experience successfully leading meetings and facilitating discussions among multiple stakeholder groups including vendors.
7 years of expertise using Microsoft Office products: Teams Word Excel PowerPoint Project and Outlook.
7 years of experience establishing project goals and objectives that align with state and HHS strategic plans as well as federal directives.
7 years of proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
7 years of strong analytical problem-solving and coordination skills.
7 years of experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently perform a variety of complex tasks; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
7 years of excellent oral and written communication skills.
4 years of certification in Project Management from a recognized project management organization

Preferred:

3 years Knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs.
2 years of Experience Texas HHS program experience.
2 years of Experience Provider enrollment systems experience.
1 year as Scrum Master certification
