Position: Sales Representative Specialist
Location: Barcelona Spain

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inbound inquiries converting each interaction into an opportunity to offer suitable product or service solutions.
- Build relationships with potential clients by introducing them to the companys offerings and demonstrating value.
- Provide tailored recommendations and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline internal processes and improve the overall client journey.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and suggesting ways to enhance service delivery and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities using internal systems.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets including call volume conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in B2B Sales
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales customer service or a similar role in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer focus with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a high-volume work setting.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
- Resilient and persistent with the ability to handle objections and remain motivated.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes or technologies.
- Comfortable working in an environment that involves frequent phone interactions and performance-based metrics.
