We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join our this vital role you will make a real difference to the lives of our residents while developing your career in property services.
About the Role
As the key point of contact for residents you will:
- Engage with customers through newsletters meetings visits and open days.
- Ensure residents are kept informed of works processes and any changes or updates.
- Provide excellent customer care and aftercare ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Manage expectations and communication between residents clients and our operations teams.
- Handle potentially challenging situations with empathy professionalism and resilience.
This role may suit someone with experience in the care or retail industry but above all we value enthusiasm initiative and a strong drive to make a positive difference.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
