Were seeking a motivated Marketing Administrator to help manage digital marketing campaigns across our diverse hospitality and leisure brands.
Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team with day-to-day digital marketing activities. This role is perfect for an intern or junior administrator looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing across luxury hospitality wine golf and garden tourism sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising Management
- Create monitor and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across all properties
- Develop and manage TikTok advertising campaigns to reach younger demographics
- Assist with Google/Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creative and targeting strategies
Website Management
- Update website content across all property websites
- Upload new images events and promotional content
- Ensure website information is current and accurate
- Coordinate with web developers for technical updates
- Monitor website analytics and user experience
Content Creation & Social Media
- Assist in creating engaging visual and written content for social media platforms
- Schedule and publish social media posts across Facebook Instagram and TikTok
- Support photography and videography sessions at properties
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Administrative Support
- Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines
- Maintain marketing databases and contact lists
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Support event marketing and promotional activities
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Currently studying Marketing Communications Digital Media or related field (for intern position)
- OR 1-2 years experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Certificate or diploma in Digital Marketing advantageous
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and Meta advertising platforms
- Experience with Instagram advertising and content creation
- Basic knowledge of TikTok advertising platform
- WordPress or similar content management systems
- Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Basic photo editing skills (Canva Photoshop or similar)
Personal Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Interest in hospitality wine golf or garden tourism industries
- Adaptable and eager to learn new digital marketing trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or tourism marketing
- Knowledge of wine industry or golf marketing
- Video editing skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp Constant Contact)
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Photography skills
