This is an exciting opportunity to join Morae a leading global provider of legal and compliance solutions as aGerman-speaking IT Support Consultant.

Youll be part of a global technical team delivering exceptional support to international clients using cutting-edge legal tech platforms like theiManage suite. Full training will be provided you bring the enthusiasm and language skills and well provide the tools to grow.

LOCATION: ObservatoryCape Town

TITLE: German-Speaking IT Support

LEVEL:Associate

JOB TYPE:Full Time (Hybrid)

About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our clients helping to resolve issues via calls emails and our support portal. Youll work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of technical environments.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn highly customer-focused and excited to build a career in IT support within a global fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Fluent in German(native) andprofessional-level English
  • Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field(or relevant technical coursework)
  • Some knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Windows Office or Document Management Systems
  • SQL (MSQL or TSQL) is a plus but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or shift rotations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for theiManage suite(Work Share Govern Insight Cloud)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues escalating as needed
  • Ensure service levels (SLAs) are met
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Deliver end-user training on iManage products (training provided)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas
