Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Elk Grove Village Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing testing and deploying custom Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies including Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components as well as experience with third-party integrations and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologies.
• Write clean efficient and well-documented Apex code; maintain automation (Flows Process Builder) and triggers to automate business processes following Salesforce best practices.
• Manage maintain and enhance integrations with critical third-party applications including Titan Forms Sage Intacct SharinPix and Arcsite solutions.
• Build and maintain workflows process builders flows validation rules and custom objects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical specifications and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure data quality system security and compliance with Salesforce governance standards.
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and integrations perform system maintenance and provide ongoing technical support.
• Participate in code reviews testing cycles and deployment activities.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases features and best practices to ensure our platform remains modern and effective.
• Document existing Salesforce processes builds automations triggers and future enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proven proficiency in Apex code creating triggers classes and batch processes SOQL SOSL Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct SharinPix and ArcSite integration or similar solutions is recommended but not required.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform security and data models governor limits and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification App Builder or Administrator.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery.
• Ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
