As an Outpatient Physical Therapist you will be involved in developing personalized treatment plans conducting therapeutic exercises Aquatic Therapy and monitoring progress to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support to patients. Responsibilities:
- Assess patients physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Utilize specialized equipment and tools to aid in the rehabilitation process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and rehabilitation techniques.
