About the Role

As a trusted advisor you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital optimisation contribute to the development of digital strategy and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Youll play a key role in shaping the universitys digital future leveraging your expertise to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with academic and administrative departments to understand business needs and drive digital transformation.
  • Provide expert advice on digital solutions and initiatives serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the universitys digital strategy.
  • Identify innovative digital solutions in collaboration with IS teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends (e.g. cloud computing mobile apps data analytics).
  • Experience with digital platforms and tools (CMS CRM LMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior management.
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative innovative and customer-focused mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.

Essential Compliance

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check.
  • Commitment to comply with all university policies procedures and regulatory obligations.
