Key Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with academic and administrative departments to understand business needs and drive digital transformation.
Provide expert advice on digital solutions and initiatives serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the universitys digital strategy.
Identify innovative digital solutions in collaboration with IS teams.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends (e.g. cloud computing mobile apps data analytics).
Experience with digital platforms and tools (CMS CRM LMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior management.
Strategic thinker with a collaborative innovative and customer-focused mindset.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
Essential Compliance
Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check.
