Position Summary:
The Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the training development and coordination of IMAs medical staff across multiple office locations. This position ensures clinical staff are fully prepared to deliver quality care remain compliant with regulatory standards and consistently meet client and contract requirements. The salary range for this position is $60000-$65000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead training onboarding and ongoing education for medical staff to ensure compliance with clinical safety and regulatory standards.
- Serve as a resource for staff and managers on protocols policies equipment use and contract requirements.
- Conduct audits performance evaluations and competency assessments to maintain quality assurance and readiness for inspections.
- Oversee equipment compliance inventory and troubleshooting of clinical workflows billing and operational issues.
- Partner with leadership to support new client startups contract compliance and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Required: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 35 years of clinical experience.
- Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent prior experience in an occupational health setting.
- Ability to travel and adapt to the needs of multiple clinic locations.
