Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management:Recruit onboard and train Business Development Representatives (DBRs) or BDC coordinators.
- Lead Management:Oversee inbound and outbound lead calls and emails ensuring prompt and professional follow-up from the BDC team.
- Performance Monitoring:Set performance goals and quotas for the BDC staff track results and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Appointment Setting:Coordinate and schedule sales and service appointments and manage rescheduling for no-show customers.
- Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation customer engagement and sales conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analysis:Run daily weekly and monthly reports to track department performance and identify trends.
- Customer Satisfaction:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional communication and support.
- Collaboration:Work closely with sales marketing and service departments to align strategies and optimize the customer journey.
Essential Skills
