Job Summary

We are looking to hire ahighly experienced Service Manager to join our Chevrolet & GMC dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in a well-established service department and continue providing excellent service to our loyal customer base.

Are you an experienced dedicated automotive professional ready to lead a dynamic service department We are seeking aqualified General Motors Service Manager to join our team and provide exceptional leadership in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the GM service department ensuring efficiency and quality service.
  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve department goals.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate service scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with GM standards safety regulations and best practices.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage inventory parts ordering and warranty processing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an automotive service management role.
  • Extensive experience with General Motors vehicles and service protocols.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • GM certifications and training preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting service department goals and increasing profitability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
