Job Summary
smartdept. is searching for a YouTube Content Creator for a luxury architecture and construction client located in Winter Park FL. The ideal candidate will come with 5 years of experience. This is a fully remote ongoing contract opportunity.
Brief Summary:
The YouTube Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing producing and publishing engaging video content that showcases the clients high-end projects design process and brand story. This role requires a strong visual sense storytelling ability and an understanding of luxury branding to elevate the clients digital presence and engage a discerning audience.

This role requires a strong visual sense storytelling ability and an understanding of luxury branding to elevate the clients digital presence and engage a discerning audience.
What Youll Do:
- Develop script film and edit original YouTube videos highlighting architectural projects behind-the-scenes content and company milestones
- Collaborate with architects designers and marketing to plan video content that aligns with the brands voice and luxury aesthetic
- Manage the YouTube channel including uploading videos optimizing titles/descriptions/tags and monitoring analytics
- Stay current on content trends in luxury architecture and design to ensure videos remain innovative and relevant
- Ensure all content meets the highest standards of visual quality storytelling and brand alignment
What Youll Need:
Education/Experience:
- 5 years of experience in video content creation preferably for luxury architecture or design brands
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with luxury brands or high-end clientele
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro etc.)
- Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and channel growth strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Understanding of architecture design or construction industry terminology
