Join our team at KARL STORZ North America in assembling high-quality single-use endoscopes that support life-changing medical this hands-on role youll work with precision tools and microscopes in a cleanroom environment ensuring every device meets strict quality standards.
Location: Franklin MA
Hours: 1st shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday overtime as needed)
What youll be doing:
- Assemble intricate optical and mechanical components following SOPs and drawings
- Inspect clean and test parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate production records and adhere to ISO/FDA quality regulations
What youll need to be considered for this position:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- 12 years of experience in precision medical device assembly preferred
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom with microscopes adhesives solvents and small tools
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and meet productivity/quality targets
- Strong manual dexterity attention to detail and teamwork skills
