Join our team at KARL STORZ North America in assembling high-quality single-use endoscopes that support life-changing medical this hands-on role youll work with precision tools and microscopes in a cleanroom environment ensuring every device meets strict quality standards.

Location: Franklin MA

Hours: 1st shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday overtime as needed)

What youll be doing:

Assemble intricate optical and mechanical components following SOPs and drawings
Inspect clean and test parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate production records and adhere to ISO/FDA quality regulations

What youll need to be considered for this position:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
12 years of experience in precision medical device assembly preferred
Comfortable working in a cleanroom with microscopes adhesives solvents and small tools
Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and meet productivity/quality targets
Strong manual dexterity attention to detail and teamwork skills
