CEMARKhas anexciting opportunity tojoin the Supply Chain Department as aProcurement Category Managerwho will beresponsible for identifying evaluating and developing relationships with Contractors toensure the procurement ofhigh-quality services.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential Contractors based onbusiness needs.
• Evaluate Contractors oncriteria such asquality cost safety and reliability.
• Conduct negotiations tosecure favourable terms and agreements.
• Manage contracts ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Continuously analyze market trends and pricing toidentify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve Contractors issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree inBusiness Supply Chain Management orarelated field.
• Proven experience asaSourcing Specialist orin asimilar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge ofmarket trends and sourcing best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
