Bank Mendes Gans is looking for experienced KYC Signatory to be responsible for KYC activities.

You will be reporting to the KYC Manager.

Roles and responsibilities

The KYC Signatories primary responsibility will be following operational tasks:

• Understand and apply KYC procedures policy requirements and working instructions.

• Perform a first-eye check on the CDD reviews and KYC activities (FATCA CRS and ESR).

• Provide clear feedback explanation and guidance to different stakeholders to ensure that requirements are being applied during the KYC process.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders on a daily basis (KYC analysts / SMEs /) .

• Manage multi-tasks under pressure being able to prioritize and organize your daily workload based on prioritisations.

• Identify and report common mistakes providing further guidance and support to the KYC analyst aiming quality improvement and understanding of KYC requirements.

• Develop and lead trainings to new joiners and/or analysts when needed and required.

• HBO level

• Several years relevant work experience in KYC/AML

• Fluency in English both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint

• Highly collaborative flexible independent and supportive

• Excellent communication

• Problem analysis and judgment (recognizing important information identifying problems researching and making connections)

• Exceptional organizational planning time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing demands

• Possesses drive with a positive can do attitude (important to show different behaviour styles / approaches to achieve the goals)

• Be delivery focused with high attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality
