This is an exciting opportunity to join our actuarial team and play a key role in shaping innovative insurance products through data-driven pricing strategies. Position Responsibilities
Perform product pricing for new product development and analyze financial experience of insurance programs
Present pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Develop and enhance pricing methodologies analytics and business intelligence tools
Provide actuarial input to product design and initiatives
Liaise with Sales & Marketing Legal Compliance Operations and Risk Management teams
Facilitate internal discussions with product managers valuation teams and marketing from a pricing perspective
Support product approval negotiations with Corporate Regional and Regulatory bodies
Conduct base studies to identify future product development opportunities
Assist in new product implementation including system development and sales illustration testing
Required Qualifications
35 years of relevant actuarial experience
Demonstrated progress in actuarial exams (SOA IFoA or equivalent)
Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics Statistics or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with actuarial software and data tools (e.g. Prophet Excel SQL)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in life insurance pricing
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in insurance product development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences
Experience working in cross-functional teams
