Job Summary
- Formulate and implement the companys medium- and long-term financial strategic planning consistent with the companys strategic goals. Optimize capital structure and resource allocation allocate key funds according to strategy and improve resource utilization efficiency.
- Oversee financial control. Formulate and implement financial management policy standardize financial processes. Ensure that financial work is legal and compliant.
- Participate in the evaluation and decision-making of the companys major investment projects provide financial feasibility analysis and risk assessment and manage financial risks.
- Responsible for the overall preparation of the companys budget reviewing budget plans coordinating cross-departmental resource conflicts dynamically tracking budget execution and reasonably adjusting resources.
- Responsible for factory cost management and optimization monitoring and analyzing factory costs formulating and implementing effective cost control measures and responsible for fixed asset management.
- Responsible for daily financial accounting reviewing financial statements and ensuring that financial data is authentic and reliable
- Track and research changes in financial regulations and tax policies support internal and external audits.
- Lead and manage the financial team improve the teams professional capabilities and work efficiency and promote the digital transformation of finance.
