Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Prescott AZ
Shift: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $40 $45 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting Travel or Local job in Prescott AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic bedside care including monitoring vital signs and patient conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and injections safely and accurately.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing mobility and feeding.
Collect specimens (blood urine etc.) and perform basic laboratory tests as needed.
Maintain accurate patient charts medical records and documentation.
Support physicians and RNs with patient care procedures and treatments.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and care instructions.
Follow infection control protocols safety guidelines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean safe and supportive environment for all patients.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Arizona.
BLS/CPR certification (required).
Fingerprint Verification Card.
Up-to-date TB test and Hepatitis B vaccination report.
COVID-19 vaccination card.
