Job Summary

Rushton Wealth Management is seeking an Wealth Management Assistant in our growing Advisory department.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing documents for client appointments
- Responding to client inquiries and requests
- Answering phones
- Setting appointments with clients and prospective clients
- Maintain required compliance with broker/dealer and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the use of client relationship management software and financial planning software
- Maintain communication with current clients through on-going mailings email and phone calls
EDUCATION AND GENERAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer previous experience in the financial services industry
- College degree strongly preferred
- Securities registrations desirable but not required
- Strong MS Office skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Work independently as well as function as part of a team
WORKING CONDITIONS
Equipment used: computer telephone copier and scanner.
Business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. May be subject to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.
Essential demands include sitting at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time and using a telephone to communicate with internal and external clients and the general public.
