We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to be the primary interface between IT development and business. The main job function will support the existing implementations as well as applications supporting shop floor Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Shop floor operations Quality Supply Chain & EH&S production footprint design enhancements and improve systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of the business.

Essential Functions:

• Provide functional/technical expertise along with Outsourcing oversight for implementations as well as applications supporting shop floor Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Shop floor operations Quality Supply Chain & EH&S. AR business processes.
• Strong experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Dassault Delmia Suite applications - Digital Operations/Velocity/Apriso and Digital Manufacturing
• Strong experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems Applications configuration installations troubleshooting applications issue and end user support.
• Strong customer interface skills with Center Of Excellence customers AR IT Application support and AR leadership required.
• Ability to drive Information Technology project closer across multiple business unit contacts
• Demonstrate the ability to customize and configure MES applications to support manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshooting / Researching /Resolving MES Applications and User Reported Technical Issues or Processing discrepancies
• Experience in Support of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. i.e. Development Test Qualification & Production process
• Manage project initiatives important to the organization with general supervision
• Provides functional knowledge using implementation methodology through all phases of an implementation project including Analysis Design Build Testing Training and Support
  
• Define User Role / Capabilities
• Build Application Process Flows
• Skills to define User Role / Capabilities Definitions
• Application Process Flow Definition and Buildout
• Facilitation/ participation with Full System Functional Verification in support of System Upgrades and the Upgrade of associated (Linked) environments i.e. Oracle EBS
• Provide Enterprise MES health with state of the business reporting and project status
• Facilitate/ participate with Full System Functional Verification in support of System Upgrades and or the Upgrade of associated (Linked) environments i.e. Oracle EBS
  
• Assist with configuration verification of System Development/Test System Configuration
• Requirements Capture and Definition in support of Proposed System Enhancements Reports Interfaces etc.
• Preparation of System Enhancement Requests
• Demonstrated ability to develop and provide training
• Continual modification and improvement of operations business systems - ERP MES and others

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• General Knowledge of typical Shop Floor Processes which support MEs QEs Quality Inspectors Machine Operators Assembly Technicians NC Operators etc.
• Conceptual understanding of Shop Floor Management including Work in Process Shop Order Scheduling Configuration Control Quality Management Non-Conformance Process Material Flow and Inventory Management Shop Floor Documentation Management.
• Team skills develop relationships across value stream and enabling department resources to effectively manage product value stream.
• Candidates must be able to thrive in a team environment work independently and embrace continuous improvement.
