Hbrido: este puesto requiere trabajar presencial 3 veces por semana (martes mircoles y jueves)

Gerente de Distrito de Posventa

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisa y apoya a los concesionarios asignados hacia el desarrollo de estrategias y actividades que permitan maximizar la satisfaccin de clientes y resultados del negocio de Posventa de los Concesionarios y distribuidores Chevrolet / General Motors.

  • Elabora coordina y monitorea planes de negocio de Postventa en los Concesionarios / Distribuidores asignados aplicando acciones con enfoque retail para incrementar la retencin y satisfaccin de los clientes dueos de vehculos chevrolet y/o que conforman parte de la cadena de valor.

  • Gestiona aspectos claves del negocio de postventa como lo son venta de repuestos centrales BDC cobertura geogrfica y digital NPS y Satisfaccin de Clientes productividad de talleres de servicio y colisin campaas de retencin de clientes implementadas por la marca y el cumplimiento de estndares fijados por General Motors.
