Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Customer Success Analyst position! This is a 12 month contract-to-hire opportunity and can be hybrid in Charlotte North Carolina OR Toronto Ontario.


Position Overview

We are looking for a sharp data-savvy Customer Success Analyst to support the Customer Success team in driving engagement and satisfaction among suppliers in the foodservice industry using our Data-as-a-Service platform. This role requires someone with a strong analytical mindset who loves turning data into insights and insights into action. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving paired with the ability to see the bigger picture will strongly support ones growth into a client-facing Customer Success Manager role over time. Youll help ensure our food and beverage suppliers find real value from our data by supporting onboarding reporting insights and operational workflows. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Success.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Support a portfolio of 30 suppliers by providing business insights and technical product support while ensuring smooth operations aligned with Customer Success KPIs.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and training including task setup and documentation.
  • Build and refine customer reports using MS Excel and other tools to highlight business growth opportunities.
  • Conduct data quality assurance reviews on the DaaS platform for accuracy and usability.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and insight summaries for internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between Customer Success Managers Product Development and other internal stakeholders.
  • Help maintain tools such as Salesforce and internal trackers driving process improvement and scalability.
  • Learn the foodservice industry and develop customer-facing skills with the goal of growing into a Customer Success Manager (CSM) role.


What Youll Need to Have:

  • 12 years of experience in an analyst coordinator sales support or customer-facing role (CPG retail or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel including data cleaning formula usage and creating clean outputs.
  • Ability to understand complex concepts analyze data and tell a compelling story.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn Customer Success and supplier relationship management.
  • A team-first mindset with a no task too small attitude.
  • Experience with Salesforce Power BI or similar tools is preferred.

Pay Range:$30-$35/hr USD
