Job Summary
Warehouse Associate Shipping & Inventory
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position is ideal for someone with strong shipping/receiving and inventory management experience who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily UPS/FedEx shipments (packing labeling documentation)
- Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely
- Pick pack and stage orders from inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organization
- Manage basic email communications via Outlook for shipping confirmations and instructions
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems required
- Certified or experienced with sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using Outlook/email for work communications
- Reliable team-oriented and safety-focused
