Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a patient inMilford New Hampshire. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide one-on-one care to a young female cerebral palsy patient in their home assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care with g-tube trach care kyphosis and seizure precautions.
Pay Rate: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $29.00/HR
Hours:10 hour shifts 7am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient including medication administration general care and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patients healthcare team including the physician nurse practitioner and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements
- Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
- Home care experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
