We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our Design Team at Caseware a leading SaaS organization. As a Senior UX Designer you will play a critical role in designing exceptional user experiences for our cloud-based audit financial reporting and data analytics solutions that empower accounting professionals worldwide.
You will work closely with the Product Engineering and Design Teams to create intuitive user-centered designs that help our customers work more intelligently gain deeper insights and deliver impactful results.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Location: This is a fully remote position located in Colombia.
What will you be doing:
- Design innovative experiences that help professionals work smarter faster and with more confidence.
- Transform complex challenges into clear intuitive solutions through wireframes prototypes and testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring bold ideas from concept to reality.
- Champion design best practices evolve our design system and ensure consistency across products.
- Participate in design critiques share feedback and help raise the overall craft of the team.
What will you bring:
- A hands-on approachyou thrive in ambiguity move quickly and work closely with engineers product managers and stakeholders to take ideas from sketches to shipped products.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven experiencessuch as chat copilots generative tools predictive workflows and emerging patterns like agents (agents copilots predictive systems) and LLM-powered systems.
- A degree in Design HCI or a related fieldor equivalent professional experience.
- 58 years of experience in user experience or related fields.
- Strong interaction and visual design skills with a portfolio that highlights your design thinking and your ability to create engaging user experiences especially in AI.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions collaborate across teams and advocate for users.
- Proficiency with design prototyping and AI tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD Figma Make Loveable Cursor Replit ChatGPT or similar.
- Comfort working in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
- Strong English language communication and collaboration skills
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience designing for accounting Auditing or financial services.
- Understand AI ethics bias reduction and trust frameworks.
- Bring technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on AI integration and feasibility.

- Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
- Design systems for implementation and management
