Security Site Supervisor - Billerica MA
Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Do you take pride in building strong teams and ensuring safety at every level If so we want you to join our team as a Security Site Supervisor.
As a Security Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at the site. Youll lead by example ensure officers are performing to the highest standards and serve as the primary liaison between the client employees and management.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Pay: $23.75 per hour
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting a team of security officers
Monitoring daily operations and ensuring post orders are followed
Scheduling training and coaching staff to maintain performance excellence
Conducting site inspections reporting and incident management
Building strong client relationships and addressing site needs promptly
Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of security supervisory experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including all shifts weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent computer knowledge
- Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
