Work on e-Powertrain motor components development focus on plastic parts
Design component test fixture / define test procedure
Work with supplier to manufacture the parts test on real HW.
Inputs are internal design and benchmarked units.
Interact with subject matter experts in systems cooling and power electronics.
Opportunity to innovate create and drive a project from start to finish taking ownership and finding solutions to meet overall goals.
DESIRABLE BACKGROUND
Student in last year (of Masters) of Engineering degree in Mechanics
Have taken courses in ANSYS FEA mechanical and thermal simulations / CAD modeling
Good knowledge of plastic materials / plastic part manufacturing
Understanding of electric motor and cooling
Self-motivated flexible independent
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
Duration: 6-9 months
