Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the companys technology vision aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and expand the engineering function: recruitment mentoring and process building.
- Guarantee platform scalability resilience and security.
- Introduce architectural improvements and drive technical innovation.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Mitigate risks associated with high-load systems and high-risk fintech environments.
- Supervise software quality CI/CD flows monitoring systems and incident response.
Requirements:
- 7 years in software engineering including 3 years in a senior leadership role (CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Director).
- Background in fintech or high-risk verticals.
- Strong track record in designing and scaling high-load platforms.
- Hands-on experience with PHP Docker/Kubernetes and AWS.
- Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases caching and messaging systems (MySQL Redis RabbitMQ).
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strategic decision-making skills balancing technical and business needs.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities with a focus on culture.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or above.
