Job Summary

Infiligence is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect on behalf of our client a leading telecom enterprise undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role requires deep experience delivering enterprise architecture across multiple domains with a focus on transformational Northstar projects system modernization and scalable high-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise architecture solutions ensuring scalability reliability security and compliance.
Lead architectural reviews enforce governance and align solutions with business goals.
Drive Northstar / Transformational initiatives such as ERP billing and large B2B Salesforce implementations.
Create Sequence Diagrams and High-Level System Designs (HLSD) to illustrate cross-domain impacts.
Provide technical leadership and partner with executives project managers and technical teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies lead proof of concepts and oversee enterprise-scale solution rollouts.
Document architecture frameworks impacts and designs using tools such as Biz Design.

Required Qualifications

10 years experience as an Enterprise/Solution Architect.
Proven record of large enterprise IT projects across multiple domains (billing CRM ERP eCommerce Care Retail etc.).
Strong Telecom Cable or Retail IT systems background (enterprise provisioning flows; not network-side).
Demonstrated hands-on Sequence Diagrams and HLSD expertise must be able to present examples.
Experience with Biz Design or similar modeling/documentation tools.
Strong communicator comfortable engaging C-levels and technical stakeholders alike.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Amdocs billing or ERP modernization programs.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks cloud platforms and cross-domain integration.
Previous leadership in multi-domain transformation or conversion initiatives.
