Summary:
The client is seeking a self-driven experienced Product Manager to join our Digital CX team focused on enhancing the customer journey through innovative digital solutions. This role leads end-to-end product management for global digital products translating business goals into impactful product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute product roadmaps in an Agile environment
* Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle
* Prioritize and manage feature backlogs with clear success metrics
* Collaborate across product marketing and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
* Drive continuous improvement through customer insights usability studies and process optimization
Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree with 5 years in product management preferably in digital CX * Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills * Experience with Agile methodologies and CRM/Web platforms * Medical device industry and SAFe framework familiarity are a plus
