Candidate Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI at candidates expense. Remote with the potential requirement to come onsite when needed (once every couple of months).

Project Details: This position is responsible for leading and coaching a project team on a hybrid project methodology combining PMI Project Management best practices and agile practices to deliver products and services to state schools and internal customers.

• Minimum 2-5 years experience using Agile/Scrum Development Methodology
• Minimum 2 -5 years experience in PMI- Project Management Methodology (Defining Scope Stakeholder Analysis RACI Project Charter Project Estimations Risk Assessments Budget tracking etc..)
• Minimum 2-5 years Prepare business requirements and functional specifications
• Minimum 2-5 years Ability to effectively refine and maintain a product backlog

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-5 years experience using Agile/Scrum Development Methodology with CSM Certifications
• Minimum 2-5 years experience with PMIs Project Management deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates experience facilitating meetings and an understanding of facilitation techniques
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently within established guidelines

• Process a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
• Experience writing user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
• Ability to facilitate UAT efforts
• Experience at refinement story splitting estimation velocity retrospectives and other scrum techniques
• Experience in creating documentation such as project charter risk analysis stakeholder analysis and engagement decision logs project estimation and timelines project status reports road maps project close out reports

• Experienced in leading CRM-focused projects overseeing end-to-end implementation optimization and integration of CRM platforms to support business objectives.
• Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations coordinating cross-functional teams and leveraging CRM insights to inform strategy and improve customer experience.

Required Technical Skills:

• Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate to developers in a .NET based development environment
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or equivalent software to manage user stories and sprint backlogs.
• Proficiency with leading CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) including configuration data structures workflows and integrations.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with education software systems at school district or state levels.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting
• Proficient in using Asana and Azure DevOps Boards to manage project timelines assign and track tasks monitor progress and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
