Core Responsibilities
Deploy configure and sustain intelligence and targeting systems in support of tactical and strategic operations
Conduct diagnostics fault isolation and maintenance across ISR SIGINT and mission command platforms
Integrate with military units to ensure seamless interoperability across networks sensors and operational workflows
Deliver tailored training to analysts operators and planners on system capabilities and mission applications
Provide rapid technical resolution to user inquiries in austere or high-tempo environments
Document system performance issue resolution and operational feedback via formal reporting channels
Support field upgrades software patches and hardware enhancements in live mission environments
Maintain currency on Army intelligence doctrine targeting cycles and operational planning frameworks
Offer field-driven insights to inform system development and capability refinement
Uphold safety security and operational protocols in all engagements
Represent SHINE Systems and its client with professionalism discretion and mission-first focus
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Intelligence Studies or equivalent military technical experience
4 years of hands-on experience in system sustainment preferably in a deployed or operational military setting
Proficiency in computer systems tactical networks and troubleshooting across hardware/software layers
Ability to operate independently in high-pressure mission-critical environments
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for TDY assignments both regionally and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting intelligence and targeting systems in joint or tactical environments
Familiarity with Army intelligence architecture targeting doctrine and mission planning cycles
Background in multi-INT fusion sensor integration and operational planning support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with mission relevance
Proven ability to train and mentor military personnel on technical systems
Comfort with Linux CLI system administration and scripting
Experience working alongside combat units special operations teams or intelligence cells

Provide on-site deployment installation configuration and sustainment of technical intelligence and targeting systems.
