The company is looking for a German-speaking Digital Advertising Consultant to join its growing sales and marketing team in Barcelona. This position is designed for professionals who thrive on strategy client success and relationship building. The successful candidate will work with high-value clients across industries like retail travel and other large-scale businesses helping them transform their advertising performance on the Google Ads platform.
This is not a standard sales role its a chance to partner with influential clients design tailored strategies and shape campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with high-revenue clients to optimize their Google Ads campaigns and achieve maximum ROI.
- Deliver consultative guidance on advanced digital marketing solutions ensuring long-term client success.
- Proactively recommend data-driven strategies that go beyond short-term fixes.
- Build trust-based relationships positioning yourself as a reliable advisor for all things digital advertising.
- Conduct regular performance reviews offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to align campaign strategies with their business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and translate them into actionable opportunities for clients.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Marketing Business or equivalent practical experience.
- C2 level of German and strong command of English (written and spoken).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales client management or digital advertising.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing principles especially in B2B or large accounts.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work consultatively with clients and think strategically.
