Job Summary

Project Manager - Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects across Hitachi storage solutions and Azure cloud platforms.
Plan monitor and deliver IaaS BaaS and DRaaS implementations.
Manage project timelines scope risks and budgets.
Coordinate with technical teams vendors and business stakeholders.
Ensure proper change management governance and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
Prepare and present regular status updates to executives and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in project delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/Infrastructure/Cloud.
Hands-on project delivery in Hitachi Vantara solutions (storage backup recovery).
Strong exposure to Microsoft Azure projects (migration backup/DR infrastructure setup).
Familiarity with IaaS BaaS and DRaaS delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience.
Relevant certifications preferred:
- PMP PRINCE2 or PMI-certified.
- Agile/Scrum certification.
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher.
- Hitachi project-related training/certifications advantageous.
Strong reporting communication and leadership skills.
