As a Bank Support Analyst youll be the go-to contact for financial institutions using CSIs Meridian core banking software. Your role is to provide technical and functional support resolve issues efficiently and ensure a great customer experience.
Hybrid Schedule-Amarillo TX
In-office:Tuesday & Wednesday
Remote:Monday Thursday & Friday
MondayFriday 8:00am5:00pm CST
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support cases via phone email or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document all communications and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issues
- Stay updated on product changes and attend training
- Support year-end processing and occasional after-hours needs
- Suggest improvements to processes and customer service
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of banking operations and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Windows Microsoft Office and general PC use
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred (Business Finance IT)
- 3 years in banking customer support or call center
(or equivalent internal CSI Meridian experience)
