About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and resourceful storyteller to join our content team and help shape the future of cybersecurity education. This role is perfect for someone with a background in visual media (like video editing animation or motion graphics) who is passionate about the creative potential of Generative AI.
You will be responsible for creating our innovative video training modules from concept to completion. While youll use cutting-edge AI tools we dont expect you to be an expert on day one. Were looking for someone with a strong creative foundation a curious mind and a drive to learn. We will train you on our specific AI production pipeline to turn great ideas into engaging educational content.
Role Responsibilities:
- Concept & Storytelling: Brainstorm ideas write clear and compelling scripts and develop visual storyboards for micro-training videos on key cybersecurity topics.
- AI-Powered Content Creation: Translate storyboards into reality by using a suite of generative AI tools for video image and voice generation.
- Creative Prompting: Learn to craft effective prompts to guide AI models turning your creative vision into specific scenes characters and actions.
- Post-Production & Polish: Assemble and refine AI-generated clips using video editing software to create a polished high-quality final product.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Work creatively within the capabilities (and limitations) of current AI technology finding innovative ways to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay Curious & Innovate: Continuously explore new AI tools and techniques to help us improve our content and make our creation process more efficient.
What Were Looking For (Core Skills)
- A Strong Visual Storytelling Foundation: You have a background in video editing animation motion graphics or a similar field. You understand pacing composition and how to build a compelling narrative visually.
- Hands-On AI Curiosity: You are genuinely excited by Generative AI. Youve personally experimented with tools like Veo3 Midjourney Runway Pika GPT/Gemini or ElevenLabs because youre curious about what they can do.
- A Creative & Critical Mind: Skilled at tackling challenges with a solution-oriented mindset turning technical limitations into opportunities for innovation rather than barriers to progress.
- Eagerness to Learn: You are excited by the opportunity to be trained on a state-of-the-art AI content workflow and are committed to mastering new tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Has at least 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: A basic understanding of or interest in cybersecurity concepts (phishing malware data privacy) is a significant advantage.
- K-12 Experience: Experience creating content for students or educators.
- HTML/CSS Skills: Familiarity with creating or editing HTML email templates for our phishing simulations.
- Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Solid skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
