Location: The Learning Experience - Ledgewood
Schedule: Monday Friday (no weekends)
Pay: $48000 - $55000 per year

- Support the Center Director in developing strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of children and families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families ensuring they feel informed supported and engaged.
- Assist with budget and financial planning ensuring expenses remain within guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing safety and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve programs and services seeking opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Business or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in early childhood education leadership or administration.
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for early education and creating a positive happy learning environment.
