Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Account Manager to oversee all financial and accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Accounting Operations:

  • Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

Assistance in Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including tax filings audits and statutory reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Maintain and update internal financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting Finance or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in manufacturing or retail.
