- Analysing retailer data to identify underperforming agents areas of opportunity and track personal performance against company KPIs.
- Taking ownership of ParcelShop performance in your territory ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining an uncompromising focus on customer experience and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Providing full ParcelShop training to retailers ensuring they understand processes and use Evri equipment correctly.
- Identifying and recruiting new ParcelShop locations that meet operational requirements.
- Selling additional ParcelShop services to eligible sites to maximise network growth.
- Raising awareness of ParcelShop services through retailer engagement POS updates and local promotion activity.
- Acting as the main conduit for issue resolution escalating service or operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Reviewing and responding to enquiry and claims data to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Managing your time effectively to ensure daily productivity and coverage of your territory.
