Assistant Branch Manager - Conway Arkansas
First Service Bank proudly named one of Arkansas Best Places to Work for six consecutive years (2020-2025) is thrilled to announce an opening for a Full-Time Assistant Branch Manager in our Conway Arkansas market!
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing superior customer service and would like to work with a professional team in a friendly banking environment.
In the absence of the Branch Manager the successful candidate will manage and oversee all branch operations fostering a positive environment and committing to the success of the branches and their associates. This individual will acquire new customers by reaching out to existing and prospective clients to generate new business increase business income through the sale of products and services develop relationships with referral sources identify and capitalize on business opportunities and actively participate in the local community.
What Were Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of banking experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong sales lead generation skills
- Expert negotiation and communication skills both verbally and in writing
- A driving focus on reaching sales goals
- Dedication to integrity in all responsibilities and operations
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines simultaneously
- A talent for meeting new individuals and serving the public
- Good computer skills including a working knowledge of web-based technology
- Residency within 30 miles of Conway AR or willingness to relocate
