We are seeking a versatile

Receptionist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Provide a warm professional welcome to all visitors and staff

  • Manage the visitor management system including check-in procedures and badge issuance

  • Handle incoming calls routing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference facilities

  • Support basic administrative tasks as needed

  • Maintain the reception area in a neat organized and presentable condition

  • Monitor building access and security systems during reception hours

  • Support internal communications as directed by management

  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting for meeting rooms and reception equipment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience (2 years) in facilities maintenance and/or reception roles

  • Working knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and safe working practices

  • Basic technical skills across multiple disciplines (electrical plumbing carpentry etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications

  • Good problem-solving skills and practical approach to challenges

  • Flexibility to prioritize between reception and maintenance duties

  • Experience with visitor management systems (advantageous)

  • Relevant certifications in health and safety or technical areas (advantageous)
