Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long-Term Carefor an exciting Travel and/or Local job in Montour Falls NY 14865.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including administering medications wound care and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Monitor residents health status and promptly report changes to the RN or physician.
Accurately document care provided and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Participate in resident care planning by sharing observations and recommendations.
Support residents emotional and social well-being with compassionate communication and care.
Consistently follow infection control and safety protocols.

Education

Associates degree required.

Certifications

BLS AHA (required).
