Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Working knowledge and experience with MacOS Chrome OS and Windows OSWorking knowledge and experience with Google WorkspaceRespond to daily Help Desk tickets emails phone calls and walk-ins Equipment inventory and asset managementAccount creationdeactivation for students and staff in Active Directory Google Workspace Admin: Account creationdeactivation for students and staff Troubleshooting and Repair (MacBooks Chromebooks iPads and other equipment purchased through IT department)Chromebook and MacBook warranty serviceTracking and managing device insuranceiPad setup and rolloutsPrinting supportSupporting the installation and rollout of approved new equipmentSummer chromebook maintenance and redistributionSupport the director in large scale technology projectsAssist in overseeing the internship program at UHS (includes training new interns)Assist network contractor on as-needed basis with wifi Esxi/VMware Papercut Anti-Virus Firewall Servers and other network issuesAssist in other departmental projects including the training of new staff on an as needed support to teachers administrators and other personnel in the district
