Global Luxury Consumer & Marketing Insights

6-month internship starting from January 2026

In the Global Luxury Consumer & Marketing Insights department you will work with our international teams to help them in their day to day & strategic thinking needs

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Luxury Consumer & Marketing Insights you will report to the Global Analytics & Strategy Senior Director working on Premium Fragrances Skincare & Makeup categories

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding & mastering countries & categories dynamics (North America Europe Asia / Fragrance make-up skincare)
  • Tracking performances (Coty Luxury brands and competitors)
  • Better understanding competitors strategies (portfolio management distribution pricing)
  • Finding out business opportunities

Your main focus:

More precisely youll be in charge of the regular update of reporting tools (shared with the whole organization) and in-depth analysis (at categories and brands levels). Youll also answer marketing/trade/countries day to day questions and contribute to transversal projects deep diving into market dynamics & consumer knowledge and combining resources from various areas.

  • Interest for beauty and consumer trends
  • IT skills esp. Excel and powerpoint - not afraid of figures
  • Good presentation skills
