Job Summary

Job Description

Work Modality: Hybrid

This position requires the employee to be on sitethree times per week (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)at our offices inBogot Colombia.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

  • Work with service procedures labor times part numbers descriptions and quantities for repairs.
  • Monitor part availability to determine the launch timing of field actions.
  • Manage access to software tools and support dealership networks in identifying diagnostic issues.
  • Maintain technical communication with colleagues across different countries.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering.
  • Fluent English speaking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Proficiency in Excel Power BI Word and PowerPoint.

What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience working with automotive service procedures and diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and technical support.
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments and collaborate across regions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
