Job Summary

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Analyse market data to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Monitor market conditions and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark products against competitors.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of competing products and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Data Insights & Product Performance Analysis:

  • Analyse product performance metrics and KPIs to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis to understand user behaviour product usage and customer feedback.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product performance for stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform product development and strategy.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate data insights into product features and enhancements.
  • Support decision-making processes with accurate and timely data analysis.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in product planning and strategy meetings


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Project Management Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and providing insights to support product development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau).
