Job Summary
- Work safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire water storm and/or mold.
- Cleaning process for both contents and structural damage.
- Cleans up assigned job sites after demolition.
- Provide cleaning and content processing services.
- Provide after-hours emergency services as needed.
- Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment.
- Keeps equipment clean and organized in the shop.
- Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas.
- Removal of water waste water debris using mops squeegees or extractors
- Work under the direct supervision of a site team lead andor Project Manager
- Other duties as requested by management.
- Valid drivers license and background check with a clean record.
- One plus year of experience in a craft trade or manual labor position preferred.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work on call and irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays.
